With that being said, my healthy eating plan consists of eating 5 small meals per day, two of which are meal replacement shakes (my favorites are Vi Shakes & IdealShape Key Lime Pie Superfood Shake). My breakfast is usually at 7 AM, then I eat every 2-3 hours with my last meal being at 7 PM.

None. Don’t get me wrong. It’s not that I’m against supplements, but I’ve decided that my one ‘treat’ everyday is my morning cup of Joe. I love sitting on the couch, coffee mug in hand and enjoying a few minutes of solace before anyone else in the house wakes up. As a result, I don’t add anything else to my body that contains additional caffeine or gives me the jitters.
