It is no accident that you are right here, right now. THIS IS YOUR YEAR! Amos 9:13-15 (MSG) “Yes indeed, it won’t be long now.” God’s Decree. “Things are going to happen so fast your head will swim, one thing fast on the heels of the other. You won’t be able to keep up. Everything will be happening at once - and everywhere you look, blessings! Blessings like wine pouring off the mountains and hills. I’ll make everything right again… God, your God, says so.” See I told you! This is the year where blessings will pour into your life like wine! FOCUS

I’m sure that you’ve read that creating a SMART goal makes it more likely for you to achieve it. That may be true, but this is not the time or the place for all of that. For this quick activity, the only thing that’s required is for you to write a simple goal. Write down one goal that you have for this year. Make it plain and simple. For example, my goal for 2018 is to lose 50 pounds.

IMPLEMENT

Create an Action Plan: Slaying your goal requires that you commit to implementing a plan of action. When creating your initial plan, don’t get bogged down in the details. Often times we get so stuck on creating a plan that we never actually start it. To avoid this scenario, when creating your action plan, keep it simple. You can always figure out the details later. For Example, my action plan consists of 3 steps. 1. Eat Healthy 2. Work Out 3. Share My Success

TRIUMPH

It’s extremely important to monitor your progress every month and celebrate your successes, even your small victories. In order to know what triumph looks like for you, create a list of the changes that you want to see. When you see the change, celebrate your victories! For example, a change that I want to see is that I drink at least ½ my weight in water everyday. I'd love to see your FIT Plan. Share it with me via email or in the Facebook group.
